• Account Data: Name, phone number, email address on registration
• Location Data: Device location to show nearby shops (requires your permission)
• Usage Data: Searches, shop views, favourites, and interaction patterns
• Device Info: Device type, OS version, app version

• To provide location-based shop and deal discovery
• To personalise your fashion feed and recommendations
• To send notifications about offers (with your consent)
• To improve app performance and user experience
• To comply with legal and regulatory obligations

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with trusted service providers:

• Firebase (Google): Authentication, database, and storage
• Google Maps: Location and mapping services
• Analytics Providers: Anonymized, aggregated usage statistics only

We use industry-standard security including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS) and secure cloud storage. Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You may request full account and data deletion at any time by emailing gofashnofficial@gmail.com.

Our web app uses essential cookies for session management and analytics. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings. The mobile app does not use browser cookies.

You have the right to: access your personal data, correct inaccurate data, request data deletion, withdraw location/notification permissions at any time, and opt out of marketing. Contact gofashnofficial@gmail.com to exercise these rights.

By downloading, installing, or using GoFashn (the app or website), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use immediately.

• You must provide accurate, current information when registering
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• One account per individual is permitted
• Accounts found to be fraudulent or abusive may be suspended or permanently removed

Merchants listed on GoFashn agree to:

• Provide accurate shop information, descriptions, and images
• Honor all advertised offers, prices, and deals
• Not engage in misleading, deceptive, or false advertising
• Comply with all applicable local business laws and regulations
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner

Users and merchants may not:

• Post false, misleading, or defamatory reviews or content
• Use the platform for any illegal activity
• Attempt to manipulate trending or rating algorithms
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from our platform without written consent
• Create fake accounts or impersonate any individual or business
• Spam, harass, or send unsolicited messages to other users

All content on GoFashn — including the logo, design, code, and brand assets — is the exclusive property of GoFashn. Merchants retain ownership of their uploaded shop images and content. By uploading content, you grant GoFashn a non-exclusive licence to display it within the platform.

GoFashn is a discovery and deal platform. We do not facilitate direct transactions and are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of products or services offered by merchants. All dealings are directly between users and merchants. GoFashn's total liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from use of GoFashn shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in India. For legal matters, please contact gofashnofficial@gmail.com before initiating any proceedings.
